Is it really durable for daily use? + -
Yes—artwork is underglaze and sealed under a clear glaze, then high-fired at 1,250 °C. It’s microwave- & dishwasher-safe (household).
Can I add metallic accents? + -
Yes, as selective onglaze accents (eyes highlight, name outline). Note: not microwave-safe; hand-wash recommended; placed ≥20 mm below the rim.
How long will it take in total? + -
Typical timeline: Proof 1-2 working days → Production 5–7 working days → Delivery 3–10 working days depending on Standard vs DHL Express and destination.
